COVID-19

Over the past several months, we have joined together in an unprecedented fight against the novel coronavirus. As we reopen, we want to assure you we have taken exceptional precautions to ensure a safe and welcoming return for our clients. Because of this we encourage our clients to wear a face mask during your service. Please come to your appointment alone. Our compromise to all of our Clients is Enhanced cleaning procedures including 10 minutes between each appointment to deep clean and disinfect work tables, chairs and tools. All smiles, but no handshakes or hugs—just for now. If you’re feeling sick, please stay home. We’re waiving cancellation fees due to illness for the foreseeable future.

TARDINESS

To remain courteous of others, please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Nails Boutik will allow a 10 minute window past your scheduled time before moving on to the next client.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired time can be reserved.

CELL PHONE, CONVERSATIONS AND CHILDREN

All cell phones should remain on silent and conversations limited. Because we work with chemicals we ask not to bring Children to your appointment but in case that is absolute necessary to bring it we ask that Children should be supervised at all times, and remain respectful of those receiving services around them.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions that may impact your visit. It is also imperative that we are aware of potential contagious conditions on your hands. If such a condition exists, we cannot provide service(s) to you without written consent from your physician. We cannot provide services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have such a condition or think one may exist, please notify of us promptly before the service.

PETS

No Pets allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid with a disability are welcome.

SERVICES

No refunds will be provided for any service. We offer complimentary minor fixes within 3 days of the service completion. Only full-set nail enhancements are guaranteed for 3 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you notice light chips or lifting in the first 3 days, please contact us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $5+ each. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash and PayPal for payment. Cards and Checks are NOT accepted.
